As a blogger you want to have loyal followers and be known as an authority in your niche. But to achieve these goals, your content has to be seen by the right people. Creating visually appealing graphics is what will get you noticed by your target audience.

Your brand is the feeling or message, images and more that people see and feel when they come in contact with you, your business or blog. You could aim to portray yourself as a high-end, sophisticated expert or aim for the vibe of a fun, eclectic makeup artist. You would then determine the colors, fonts, symbols, logo and other elements that create that feel and image. By using these elements consistently when you post anywhere online, you are building brand awareness. Each time that someone sees your site or products and are exposed to these visual representations, they will begin to recognize that as you. That is called branding.

Adding graphics that incorporate elements of your brand also makes your blog look professional. Be sure to choose high-quality images. We’ve all seen graphics that contain photos that are outdated or generic, but you don't need to use those when there are plenty of sites that provide free images that are beautiful and well-done. You can also check paid sites that offer specific types of images like feminine styled photos or photos styled with food. Infographics provide a visual for easily understanding some type of information. These types of images are shared frequently. Social media is one of the quickest ways your content can spread, and attention-grabbing graphics will definitely boost the sharing.
